I only did not pass the Writing sub-test of the Czech Language Exam. Do I have to take the whole Czech Language Exam again?

If a candidate only does not pass one of the Czech Language Exam sub-tests, he or she has to take the whole Czech Language Exam Again, i.e., all four of its sub-tests.
